We are a leading building and hardware supply store serving Limerick, Cork, Kerry, Clare, Tipperary and beyond. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and offering a wide range of high\-quality products. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and highly organised Plumbing Manager to join our team and ensure smooth and efficient yard operations.

*Responsibilities will include:*

As a Plumbing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the plumbing department, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining stock levels, and driving sales. This is a hands\-on role that requires strong product knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Provide expert advice on plumbing products and solutions to customers


• Manage stock levels, place orders, and liaise with suppliers


• Ensure the plumbing section is well\-organised and fully stocked


• Train and support staff in plumbing product knowledge and sales techniques


• Handle customer queries, process sales, and provide after\-sales support


• Stay up to date with industry trends and new plumbing technologies


• Work closely with management to achieve sales targets and business growth

• Proven experience in a similar role, plumbing and sales, and product knowledge


• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to drive sales and maintain displays


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively as part of a team. You must be friendly, professional, and solution\-focused


• Proficient in using computer systems and software related to inventory management. Ordering, inventory control, and supplier coordination


• Ability to work well under pressure and handle operational challenges in a fast\-paced environment.
