Cost Control \& Accounts Technician

Office based I Immediate start date I competitive salary DOE

We are seeking a reliable and organised Cost \& Procurement Administrator to join our expanding company.

Full\-time position \| Immediate start date

The role will focus on invoice processing, cost allocation and monitoring development costs against budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and code supplier invoices

  • Match invoices to Purchase Orders (POs)

  • Allocate costs to the correct development and cost categories

  • Maintain and update Live Costs / Procure systems

  • Monitor building costs against budgets and highlight variances

  • Assist with accounts payable, reconciliations and reporting

  • Work closely with the Accounts, Procurement and Development teams
Requirements:
  • Accounts Technician qualification or relevant accounting qualification

  • Previous experience in an accounts or cost\-control role

  • Experience with Live Costs, Procure or similar ERP/cost management systems is highly desirable

  • Strong Excel and IT skills

  • Excellent communication and attention to detail

  • Experience in construction/property development would be an advantage

  • Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
