Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, piping systems, and heating units in residential settings


• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance on plumbing and heating systems


• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete projects accurately and efficiently


• Troubleshoot mechanical problems using technical knowledge to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions


• Perform heavy lifting tasks safely when handling large pipes or equipment during installations or repairs


• Follow safety protocols diligently while working with complex systems involving gas, water, or electrical components


• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Requirements

• Proven experience in plumbing, heating system installation, or maintenance roles with a solid mechanical background


• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and carpentry skills for various tasks


• Strong understanding of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practices in system installation and repair


• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or maintenance work


• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting tasks


• Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for site travel or transporting equipment


• Knowledge of assembly processes related to plumbing fixtures or heating units is advantageous
