Role Overview
Security isn't a feature at Intric. It is the promise we make to Europe's most critical institutions. To keep that promise, we need someone who can both build and secure the infrastructure we run on. You'll work alongside our Infrastructure Engineer and own the security layer across our entire platform, hardening our Kubernetes environments, securing CI/CD pipelines, managing secrets and access controls, and keeping us compliant with ISO 27001 and GDPR.
You won't just flag issues, but you'll fix them, build the systems that prevent them, and set the standard for how we operate. Beyond the technical work, you'll own our compliance program end to end: driving certifications, staying ahead of relevant regulations, and being the person customers and partners turn to when security questions come up.
Who You Are
You have 3–6 years in platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or a security\-focused infrastructure role. You've run Kubernetes in production, written IaC, and have a solid grasp of IAM and network security in practice.
You've either owned or been a key contributor to a compliance process and you know what it takes to keep infrastructure auditable and locked down at all times.
You take initiative without being asked, and you've consistently gone beyond the obvious fix to build something that lasts.

- Kubernetes and Docker \- container orchestration and runtime security
- Linux and Bash \- system configuration and automation
- Git and CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning
- IAM, secrets management, and network security
- IaC tools such as Terraform or Helm
- Compliance frameworks and security certifications: ISO 27001, GDPR, and others relevant to public sector customers
