We are looking for a Platform Engineer to join a highly skilled Platform Engineering team responsible for building and evolving the cloud platform that powers mission\-critical services for customers and internal development teams.
In this role, you will work at the heart of the cloud ecosystem, designing scalable platform services, improving automation, enhancing reliability, and enabling faster software delivery across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing
Cloud Platform Engineering
- Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes Operators and cloud platform services.
- Develop scalable and reliable platform components using Go or similar programming languages.
- Improve cloud infrastructure automation and self\-healing capabilities.
- Enhance platform reliability, availability, and operational excellence.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes\-based environments.
- Maintain containerized workloads and orchestration solutions.
- Support cloud\-native architectures and distributed systems.
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage and optimize GitOps workflows using tools such as FluxCD and Argo CD.
- Automate operational processes, deployments, monitoring, and incident response.
- Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Improve incident detection, response, and recovery processes.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and post\-mortem activities.
- Maintain and extend Infrastructure as Code (IaC) environments.
- Support platform lifecycle management, including:
- Monitoring
- Security
- Configuration Management
- Cost Optimization
- Backup \& Recovery
- Compliance
- Help improve the internal developer platform.
- Create tools, processes, and automation that empower engineering teams to deliver faster and more efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, DevOps teams, and cloud architects.
- Leverage AI\-assisted development tools such as Cursor and similar solutions.
- Explore innovative ways to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
Mandatory Requirements
Education
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Professional Experience
✔ Minimum 2 years of hands\-on experience in:
- Platform Engineering
- DevOps Engineering
- Cloud Infrastructure Engineering
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
Technical Skills
Strong practical experience with:
- Kubernetes
- Docker
- Go, Java, or similar programming languages
- AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar)
- GitOps (FluxCD, Argo CD)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Crossplane, or similar)
- Monitoring \& Observability (Grafana, Prometheus)
✔ Portuguese – Fluent (Mandatory)
✔ English – B2 or higher
Nice to Have
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS)
- AWS or Google Cloud certifications
- Experience with platform engineering at scale
- Experience with cloud\-native security practices
- Experience working in high\-availability production environments
- Familiarity with AI\-powered engineering tools and workflows
