<p>We have limited spots available and will make a CV-based selection, followed by a short phone call with one of our recruiters. You’re a great fit if:</p>

<li>You hold (or recently completed) a BSc or MSc in Psychology, Business, HR, or a related field</li>
<li>You have 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a people-focused environment</li>
<li>You’re curious about working in a fast-paced scale-up and eager to learn</li>
<li>You enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and taking ownership</li>
<li>You’re fluent in English (Dutch, German, or French is a plus!)</li>
