The role is focused on ensuring seamless execution of global media strategy, operational excellence across markets, and strong client and internal relationships. </p>
<p>Acting as the connective layer between global strategy/planning and local execution, the Global Client Manager coordinates multi-market teams, drives consistency, and ensures campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and in line with agreed commercial and strategic objectives. </p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </p>
<p><strong>Client & Account Management</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Support the Global Client Lead in delivering the overall client strategy and growth agenda </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Build strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders at a working level </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience across all markets </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Support in managing client queries, issues, and escalation handling </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Global Coordination & Delivery</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Act as the central coordination point across local market teams to ensure all necessary processes are followed, and information is received. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ensure global strategies are translated effectively into local activation plans and executed within guidance </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Monitor delivery timelines, outputs, and quality across all markets </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot delivery challenges and drive resolution with local teams </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Planning & Strategy Support</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Contribute to the development of integrated global media plans (online and offline) </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Support the briefing, planning, and activation process across campaigns </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Help identify insights and optimization opportunities based on campaign performance </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Share best practices and learnings across markets </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Commercial & Financial Management</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Support budget management, tracking, and reporting across markets </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Work with the Global operations team on smooth and accurate financial processes end to end, and ensure all administration is correct </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Assist in financial processes including scoping, forecasting, and reconciliations </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ensure adherence to contract terms, scopes of work, and financial governance </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate reporting of client activity and investment </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Operational Excellence & Compliance</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with global contracts, frameworks, and performance metrics </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate reporting and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Support audits, performance reviews, and process improvements </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Drive consistency in tools, processes, and ways of working across markets </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Internal Collaboration</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with specialist teams (strategy, investment, analytics, finance) </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with broader network teams to ensure best-in-class delivery </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Contribute to new business pitches and organic growth opportunities </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proactively support broader team initiatives beyond core responsibilities </li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years experience in media, marketing, or client management roles </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience in international or multi-market account coordination preferred – single market experience will be considered </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of media planning across digital and offline channels </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets and workflows </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong analytical skills with attention to detail </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Excellent organizational and project management capabilities </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Fluent English (written and spoken) </li>
