Physiotherapist
About the role
You will manage a varied musculoskeletal caseload, conducting thorough assessments, delivering evidence\-based treatment, and guiding patients through tailored rehabilitation programmes.
You will have access to a fully equipped rehabilitation space and will be encouraged to combine hands\-on treatment with exercise prescription to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Deliver high\-quality, evidence\-based physiotherapy interventions.
- Develop and progress personalised rehabilitation programmes.
- Manage sports injuries, running\-related injuries, and post\-operative rehabilitation cases.
- Educate and empower patients to take ownership of their recovery.
- Maintain accurate and professional clinical notes.
- Liaise effectively with GPs, consultants, insurers, coaches, and other healthcare professionals when required.
- Contribute positively to the clinic culture and patient experience.
- Participate in regular clinical development and mentoring sessions.
Essential
- BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy.
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
- A proactive and patient\-focused approach to care.
- Experience working in private practice.
- Experience managing sports injuries and active populations.
- Interest in strength and conditioning, sports rehabilitation, running injuries, or performance physiotherapy.
- Acupuncture qualification.
- Experience working with sports clubs or athletic populations.
