Photographer & Marketing and Social Media Manager
Griffin’s Auctioneers and Valuers is a leading auction house based in the Midlands offering a friendly and approachable valuation service for all antiques and collectables.

We’re now seeking a Photographer \& Marketing and Social Media Manager, a motivated and creative individual to support content operations, campaign execution, and community engagement across multiple platforms. This is a multifaceted role that will also require assisting with website maintenance and helping with day to day saleroom duties, ideal for someone who thrives on variety, responsibility, and working as a key part of a close\-knit team.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the photography and editing of lots for auction.
- Collaborate with the team to execute social media campaigns promoting our auctions and valuation events.
- Designing and creating adverts and assisting with editorials for print and digital publications.
- Draft, schedule, and publish posts across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Monitor, comment and post on social media channels daily, supporting community engagement by responding to comments and interactions.
- Track content performance metrics and help prepare reports.
- Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
- Assist with website maintenance ensuring content is up to date and relevant.
- Clerking during our live hammer auctions. Full training will be provided.
- Greeting customers and helping with the day to day running of the saleroom.
- Around 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related fields (internships or academic projects also considered).
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their content styles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Creative mindset with curiosity for trends and new formats.
- Team player with willingness to learn and grow under guidance of senior colleagues.
- Based onsite in Warwick.
- A genuine interest in Antiques and Collectables is a big plus.
- Enthusiasm for AI, productivity, and digital tools is essential!
