About the Role:

Are you tired of sitting at a desk all day? Do you love variety and want a role where no two days are the same?

We are looking for an energetic, practical, and highly organized Assistant to help manage a local property business and assist with personal lifestyle logistics (including household property and vehicle maintenance).

This is a true hybrid role. One day you might be tracking expenses on a laptop and organizing files, and the next you could be rolling up your sleeves to help clear a garden, prep a rental property for a new tenant, or take a vehicle for an MOT.

We care much less about a long corporate CV than we do about the RIGHT ATTITUDE. If you are reliable, eager to learn, and not afraid to get stuck into physical work, we will happily train you on the office and software side of things.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands\-On Maintenance: Assisting with property turnarounds, light tidying, basic garden clearing, and outdoor maintenance.

  • Vehicle Coordination: Keeping track of MOT/service schedules, taking cars for valeting, or dropping them off at local garages.

  • Office Administration: Learning to use cloud accounting software to log receipts, tracking business expenses, organizing property safety certificates, and managing files.

  • General PA Support: Running local errands, organizing home deliveries, and managing schedules.
What We Are Looking For:
  • A "can\-do", positive work ethic—you view variety as a perk, not a chore.

  • Physically active and happy to do practical, hands\-on work outdoors or on\-site.

  • Organised, reliable, and sharp with an eye for detail.

  • Eager to learn new skills and software.

  • A full, clean UK driving license is absolutely essential.
