Lyndon Pharmacy is a new independent pharmacy located at Highbridge Medical Centre (TA9 3YA) soon to open. We are currently recruiting for a Non\-Pharmacist Manager to lead our team.

We are recruiting for 44\.5 hours a week. You will need to be flexible to cover holidays.

Our ideal candidate will be:

• Enthusiastic, self\-confident and self\-motivated


• Able to work quickly and accurately in a busy fast\-paced environment


• Well\-organised with excellent time management skills


• Friendly and able to build a good rapport with customers

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Lead the day\-to\-day running of the pharmacy


• Ensuring that key KPIs are met and targets are hit


• Driving the Pharmacy forward, working closely with the co\-located GPs


• Working closely with the two regular locums to ensure that patients receive the best possible experience


• Labelling and dispensing prescriptions


• Checking deliveries


• Preparing MDS trays


• Counter sales


• Answering customer queries
