Pharmacy Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Community Pharmacist Manager to join our team at Burns Pharmacy Cathkin. We are a busy, Independent Community Pharmacy and require an experienced and enthusiastic Pharmacist to manage the pharmacy and to continue to provide the very high level of patient care that is required. The pharmacy is currently enrolled in the Pharmacy first plus service and as such we would ideally prefer a candidate who is either a qualified independent prescriber (IP) or is motivated to train to become an IP. Funded training would be provided where necessary.
Duties:
\- Provide exceptional patient care within the community setting
\- Manage staff and provide support with staff training
\- Manage and organise the operations of the pharmacy
\- Provide all NHS contracted services and be willing to continue training to allow further additional services to be offered.
Qualifications:
\- Previous experience in Community Pharmacy.
\- Registration with GPHC.
\- Previous management experience would be preferred.
\- Independent Prescribing qualification or be willing to complete funded training.
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
