Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications to patients, ensuring that all prescriptions are filled in accordance with legal and professional standards. You will play a vital role in patient care, providing essential support to pharmacists and contributing to the overall health and wellbeing of our community.

Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense medications as per prescriptions while adhering to safety protocols.


• Assist pharmacists in preparing and labelling medications for distribution.


• Provide guidance to patients regarding medication administration and usage.


• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient information.


• Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, organised, and compliant with health regulations.


• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.


• Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Skills

• Proficient in medication administration techniques.


• Strong background in patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients' needs.


• Previous experience as a pharmacy technician is highly desirable.


• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
