Business Development Executive (B2B Energy)

Evita Energy Group is a growing independent energy consultancy focused on helping UK businesses secure competitive energy contracts and reduce their energy costs. We operate across SME, Mid\-Market and Industrial \& Commercial sectors, working directly with business owners, finance directors, procurement teams and key decision makers.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced energy sales professionals who understand the commercial energy market and can convert qualified opportunities into live contracts.
The Role: This is not a lead generation role. We are looking for experienced energy sales professionals who are confident managing the full sales process from initial conversation through to contract completion.
You will be working with a mixture of:
- Web generated enquiries Hot inbound opportunities
- Warm marketing leads Pre\-booked Microsoft Teams appointments Self\-generated opportunities. The role requires strong commercial awareness and the ability to present energy solutions to businesses of varying sizes and complexity.
- What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities
- Conducting energy renewal reviews with business customers
- Presenting energy procurement options via phone and Teams meetings
- Building relationships with decision makers
- Producing quotations using supplier and matrix pricing systems
- Negotiating and closing energy contracts
- Managing your own sales pipeline
- Accurately maintaining CRM records
- Working closely with internal support and operations teams
- Minimum 2 years’ experience selling B2B energy contracts
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience selling energy renewals directly to business customers
- Experience using supplier portals and pricing systems
- Strong understanding of fixed energy contracts
- Experience conducting sales conversations over the telephone and via Teams
- Industrial \& Commercial energy sales
- Mid\-Market procurement solutions
- Bespoke pricing and matrix pricing tools
- Multi\-site customer portfolios
- Energy consultancy experience
- Solar, battery storage or EV charging knowledge
- Self\-motivated and commercially driven
- Strong communicator
- Confident closing business
- Professional and consultative approach
- Able to work independently
