Pharmacy Dispenser

We're looking for a reliable and experienced Pharmacy Dispenser or Accuracy Checking Dispenser to join our close\-knit team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient dispensing, supporting the pharmacist, and delivering a consistently excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense and label prescriptions in line with legal and professional standards


• Deliver outstanding service to patients and healthcare professionals


• Assist with stock management and ordering processes


• Perform accurate data entry for prescriptions and both NHS and private services


• Maintain a clean, well\-organised, and compliant dispensary


• Support day\-to\-day pharmacy operations as needed

Working Hours

• 32 to 40 hours per week


• Flexibility required; working pattern to be agreed during the hiring process

Holiday Entitlement

• 5\.8 weeks paid holiday including bank holidays (pro rata)

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent)


• Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy dispensing role


• Confident and efficient in using computers, with strong data entry skills


• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability


• Strong communication skills and a positive, team\-oriented attitude


• Ability to work independently and manage workload under pressure
