REN Pharmacy is a proud, family\-owned independent pharmacy serving the heart of Stenhousemuir and Larbert. We deliver first\-class healthcare and advice to our local community, combining high\-quality personal care with modern services—like our 24/7 Prescription Collection kiosk.

Our team is down\-to\-earth, hardworking, and we even appreciate a good "Dad joke" on the shop floor! We are now looking for a friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join us.

The Role As the first point of contact, you will be the welcoming face of REN Pharmacy. You will assist customers, handle retail sales, and provide core support to our pharmacists and dispensing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Care: Greet patients with a warm smile, answer everyday queries, and process cash or card payments.


• Healthcare Advice: Provide safe, accurate over\-the\-counter (OTC) guidance and promote vital services like NHS Pharmacy First Scotland.


• Prescription Handling: Securely intake prescriptions and coordinate patient collections—including onboarding customers to our 24/7 automated collection locker.


• Stock \& Presentation: Replenish retail shelves, monitor item expiry dates, and ensure the shop looks clean and organized.


• Teamwork: Work dynamically alongside the team to deliver fast, accurate, and empathetic community service.

• Qualifications: An MCA (Medicines Counter Assistant) certificate is highly preferred.
