Pharmacist

Putney Pharmacy is an award winning pharmacy based in Putney, SW London.

We are looking for a bright and motivated Pharmacist to join our friendly and professional team as a regular part\-time locum, working 3 days a week. You will be working as a secondary pharmacist.

We are looking for somebody that can get involved in helping manage all services in the Pharmacy, including:

• Offering NHS Enhanced, Advanced and Private services under PGD such as vaccinations, weight loss consultations, and health checks.


• Providing health advice and making sales of over\-the\-counter medicines.


• Checking private and NHS prescriptions.


• Ordering medicines at best prices and stock management.


• Liaising with Doctors surgeries.

Our candidate must have:

• An MPharm Degree in Pharmacy.


• You must be registered with the GPhC.


• At least 2 years experience working in a UK Pharmacy.


• Excellent time keeping and the ability to prioritize workload.


• Fluency in English. Additional languages are an advantage.


• Experience with Titan PMR is preferable.

As a family run company the directors are accessible and work within the business. You will have direct contact with your Superintendent and have an influence on the way the pharmacy is run to suit the community.

You will be supported so that you can enhance your skills and qualifications and gain valuable new experience as a pharmacist.

We have a large and friendly team, who are all highly qualified and experienced. We usually have two pharmacists working on any given day.

The pharmacy dispensing system is Titan PMR.
