We specialise in temperature\-controlled healthcare logistics, ensuring vital medications reach patients, pharmacies, and healthcare providers safely and on time.
We're currently looking for a Pharmaceutical Delivery Drivers to join our depot and become part of a team that delivers more than parcels, we deliver care.
The Role:
As a Pharmaceutical Delivery Driver, you'll play a key role in ensuring medications and healthcare products are delivered safely, securely, and on time. You'll be the face of LF\&E, providing a professional and friendly service while supporting the healthcare sector and improving patient outcomes.

Working Hours:
- 45 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, working 5\-6 days per week
- Day shifts with start times between 6:30am and 7:45am
- Saturday availability required approximately every 6\-7 weeks
- Daily finish times may vary depending on route requirements
- Deliver medication on pre\-planned routes within expected timescales
- Follow all safety procedures on\-site and during delivery
- Collaborate with fellow drivers and depot managers to ensure professional and efficient service
- Ensure compliance with UK and EU transport laws, including Good Distribution Practices and MHRA guidelines
- Always maintain excellent customer service standards
- Previous multi\-drop delivery experience is preferred
- Understanding of temperature\-controlled vehicles and the importance of maintaining product integrity during transportation
- Experience working within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical delivery environment is desirable
- Strong geographical knowledge and route planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, reliable, and professional approach to work
- Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years
- No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence
- Successful completion of DBS and reference checks
