PFMEA Engineers
Overview:
Are you a hands\-on engineering expert with real\-world experience in Process Design and Layout gained within an Automotive manufacturing environment.
We’re looking for a specialist who will be responsible for the certation and development of PFMEA plans support Trim and Final Assembly for a major UK based OEM.
Responsibilities:
- To help identify Risk Discovery/Preliminary Risk Assessment
- Create and/or update the Process Flow Diagrams (PFD)
- Create and/or update the Parameter Diagram (P\-Diagram)
- Create and/or update the Process Failure Mode \& Effects Analysis (PFMEA) – ideally with working knowledge of 2016 Standard.
- Create and/or update the Design Review Board or Failure Mode (DRBFM) where changes exist.
- Create and/or update the the Action \& Risk Reduction Plan
- Create and/or update the Special Characteristics Register
- Create and/or update the Prototype / Pre\-Launch / Production Control Plan
- Time served engineer educated to degree level or equivalent
- Must have worked within an Automotive environment (ideally Trim \& Final Assembly) for a major OEM.
- Must have experience of PFMEA \- 2016 standards
