Personal Care Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to SEN Students during the college day. In this role, you will assist clients with personal care, mobility, and daily routines, ensuring they feel comfortable, safe, and valued. Your dedication will help enhance their quality of life by delivering personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs. Responsibilities

• Assist students with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Support mobility and transfer activities using proper techniques and equipment


• Follow individualized care plans to deliver consistent and respectful care


• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well\-being


• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate any changes or concerns to supervisors
