Are you THE Personal Assistant to complete our small dedicated team? This isn’t just a job \- it’s an opportunity to be part of providing innovative, creative and person\-centred support.
I’m a 41\-year\-old man with a passion for food, films, and people and you’ll be involved in all aspects of my daily life from personal care, appointments, and dietary needs, to exploring new experiences and ideas together. I use letter boards to communicate, and I will give you the time, guidance, and support to learn how to facilitate my communication. This can take up to a year, but it’s an incredibly rewarding skill to develop.
I require 24\-hour support, 7 days a week, and my PAs work on a 48\-hour rolling rota. They work 12\-hour day shifts (£16 per hour) and 12\-hour night shifts (£152\.40 flat rate), on a 48\-hour rotation. This equates to £2755\.20 every four weeks.
