Salary: £14\.00 per hour (flexible hours) or £29,120 per annum based on 40 hours per week *(subject to confirmation)*

The Role
As Personal Assistant to the Founder \& CFO, you will provide high\-level administrative, operational, and organisational support to the senior management team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our residential care services.
You will be a trusted point of coordination across recruitment, compliance, operations, and day\-to\-day administration, working closely with leadership to maintain the high standards expected within children’s care services.
This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership, and takes pride in being the person who keeps everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational \& Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Founder, CFO, and wider management team.
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting materials.
- Take accurate minutes and follow up on actions where required.
- Support the smooth day\-to\-day operations of the residential care service.
- Lead and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees in partnership with Tiger Group and the HR Manager.
- Collect and verify references, right\-to\-work documentation, qualifications, IDs, and application paperwork.
- Liaise with new starters to ensure all pre\-employment checks, including DBS clearances, are completed efficiently.
- Maintain accurate, secure, and compliant staff records in line with Ofsted and safeguarding requirements.
- Assist in drafting, formatting, reviewing, and updating organisational policies, procedures, and operational documents.
- Support the maintenance of compliance paperwork, including training records, supervision logs, and incident documentation.
- Help prepare evidence and documentation for Ofsted inspections and regulatory audits.
- Coordinate staff training sessions, supervisions, and team meetings.
- Act as a first point of contact for administrative queries, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Maintain organised filing systems and oversee office supplies and administrative processes to ensure efficiency.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, dependable, and passionate about making a difference within children’s services.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrator, or in a similar support role.
- Experience within healthcare, education, social care, or children’s residential services (highly desirable).
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast\-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and confidence using online systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding, and data protection principles.
