About the Role

As a Social Care Worker, you will support young people in residential care to strengthen family connections, develop life skills, and prepare for independent living.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Level 7 or Level 8 Degree in Social Care, Social Work, Psychology, or an equivalent qualification


• CORU registration


• Experience working within a residential care setting


• Flexibility to work a planned shift roster


• Strong communication and relationship\-building skills

• Full, clean driving licence

Competitive Pay

• Salary ranging from €39,965 (€20\.17 per hour) to €56,644 (€28\.78 per hour), depending on experience


• WRC salary increases applied


• Additional premium payments of approximately €6,000–€9,000 annually


• Double pay on Sundays and Public Holidays
