Performance Marketing Manager (User Acquisition)

Location: Farringdon, London — hybrid (2 days/week minimum in office)
Salary: £60,000\+ plus benefits, depending on experience
Reports to: Director of Performance Marketing

About Incline Gaming

Incline is a marketing\-services partner to online casino and sports betting operators. From our Farringdon office, we run user acquisition for a growing portfolio of operators across EMEA — one of the fastest\-moving, most data\-rich corners of digital marketing.

This is a hands\-on role for a performance marketer who wants to own real budgets, see the impact of their work in days not quarters, and grow with the company.

Why this role matters

You'll own user acquisition for Incline's portfolio of igaming and sports betting clients — planning the strategy, running the campaigns, and scaling what works across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads and programmatic networks. You'll have genuine autonomy over budget, channels and creative, and direct ownership of the numbers that matter.

We're after someone proactive, organised and analytical, who's as comfortable digging into a tracking issue as they are pitching a channel strategy.

*What you'll do*

Strategy \& planning

  • Define and execute the user acquisition strategy for each client, aligned to their goals.

  • Own the channel mix, budget allocation and performance targets.

  • Spot growth opportunities — new channels, audiences and testing priorities.
Execution \& optimisation
  • Run paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads and other networks.

  • Own creative testing, bidding, targeting and day\-to\-day optimisation.

  • Diagnose underperformance and scale winning campaigns fast.
Reporting \& analysis
  • Track performance against CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV and payback targets.

  • Produce clear, accurate daily, weekly and monthly reporting.

  • Turn performance data into decisions clients and the team can act on.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to align on goals, share insight and keep campaigns moving.

  • Partner with analytics/tech to keep tracking and attribution clean.
What you'll need
  • Proven experience running and scaling paid user acquisition / performance marketing.

  • Hands\-on expertise across Meta and Google, plus Apple Search Ads and/or programmatic.

  • Strong grasp of down\-funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, ARPU, retention, LTV).

  • Solid understanding of marketing tech — especially tagging, tracking and attribution.

  • Comfortable owning budgets and making data\-led decisions independently.
Nice to have
  • Agency or multi\-market experience.

  • igaming, casino or sportsbook background (or genuine interest in the vertical).
Why join Incline
  • Own it from day one — real budgets, real autonomy, and a portfolio of clients where your work directly drives growth.

  • Fast feedback loops — performance marketing in igaming moves quickly; you'll see results in days, not quarters.

  • Grow with us — a fast\-scaling company with room to expand your remit and build a team as we grow.

  • Competitive package — £60k\+ salary, benefits, and continuous learning and development.

  • Hybrid working — 2 days/week in our Farringdon office.
Pay: £60,000\.00\-£70,000\.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Company pension

  • Employee discount

  • Employee stock ownership plan

  • Employee stock purchase plan

  • Private medical insurance
