Performance Marketing Manager

The role

As Performance Marketing Manager, you'll own paid media performance across Google, Meta and TikTok for Livefoods Direct — driving efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth through every paid channel we run. You'll set the strategy, manage the budget, and be judged on the numbers that matter: ROAS, CAC and paid-channel revenue.

What you'll do

• Own paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax), Meta Ads and TikTok Ads


• Manage GA4 measurement and reporting, keeping tracking data clean and trustworthy


• Build and maintain customer audience segments across ad platforms


• Forecast and manage paid media budgets, with clear visibility of planned vs. actual spend


• Report on paid channel performance directly to the Head of E-commerce


• Own KPIs including ROAS by channel, blended CAC, paid-channel revenue vs. target, new customer volume and tracking data quality

Essential:

• 4+ years' hands-on paid e-commerce campaign management


• Hands-on experience running Google Ads: Search, Shopping and Performance Max


• Hands-on Meta & TikTok (GMV Max) Ads campaign management


• Confident with GA4, audience building/segmentation and budget forecasting


• Clear, confident communicator — you'll be reporting results and rationale to senior stakeholders


• Able to be in our Harlow office Tuesday–Thursday

• Amazon Ads, Google Tag Manager or product feed tools


• WooCommerce familiarity


• SEO knowledge


• Live food or wider pet industry knowledge

• A newly created role with real scope to shape strategy as the team and the division grow


• £45,000–£50,000, plus a hybrid working pattern (2 days remote, 3 days on-site)


• Budget ownership and a direct line to the Head of E-commerce
