Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of Pepes production, from raw material intake to final assembly, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels within the supply chain, utilizing SAP and ERP systems to monitor stock movements and forecast needs accurately.
- Implement process improvements by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and applying lean principles to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee quality control procedures throughout production stages, ensuring products meet company specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to develop mechanical knowledge related to Pepes assembly processes, supporting troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data, tracking key performance indicators, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain detailed documentation for audits, process adjustments, and quality assurance.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production management, preferably within a supply chain or assembly environment.
- Strong familiarity with SAP, ERP systems, and other digital tools for inventory and process management.
- Mechanical knowledge related to assembly processes, machinery operation, and process improvement techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Excellent problem\-solving skills with an eye for detail in quality control and process optimization.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles, including inventory management and logistics coordination.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and ensure clear understanding of objectives.
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
