<h2><strong>The role</strong></h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The HelloFresh People Operations Team is now looking for a Payroll Manager (m / f / d) who will use their expert knowledge to help think and develop the topic of payroll within a young, rapidly expanding company, and consider this as a strategically important topic within the People Team. As a successful applicant, you will also always have an open ear for the questions of our employees, manage to organize and structure your tasks independently, and support internal team projects.</p>
<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2>
<p>It is your main goal to ensure the monthly payroll using the payroll system “Accurat HCM” together with the payroll team. Therefore you will: </p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure the data quality with plausibility analyses and evaluation as well as comparison of current data to previous data and the creation of statistics</li>
<li>Be the contact person for internal and external stakeholder specifically in payroll projects</li>
<li>Participate in the monthly and annual financial statements as well as in internal and external audits</li>
<li>Frequently reviewing and developing of actual payroll processes</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h2>
<p>To help you manage your tasks successfully, it would be advantageous to bring: </p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of professional experience in payroll</li>
<li>Good knowledge of labour, tax and social security law </li>
<li>Being a team player but also able to work independently, structured and extremely conscientious</li>
<li>Very good knowledge of Excel and a general affinity for new systems and tools</li>
<li>The ability to speak and write fluently in German and English</li>
</ul>
