We are looking for a part time Payroll and Benefits Administrator to work as part of our small HR team to ensure the accurate delivery of our Group payroll, compensation and benefits policies and reward strategy.

To be successful in this role you will:

Be the Group’s expert in payroll, pension and benefits, ensuring accuracy of data, processing and legal compliance. You will also support the wider HR team by taking ownership of pay\-related strategy and process, ensuring we are always up to date and compliant with UK legislation.

Ideally you will have the following experience:

  • Proven experience managing payroll, compensation, and benefits in the UK (essential).

  • A strong understanding of UK payroll legislation, HMRC reporting, and pensions (essential).

  • Experience of annual pay review and bonus/incentive processes (desirable).

  • Experience liaising third\-party suppliers and providers (desirable).

  • Proven experience managing UK payroll, compensation, and benefits.

  • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation, HMRC reporting, pension schemes, and auto\-enrolment processes (essential).

  • CIPP /CIPD qualification or working towards (desired).

Role Competency

  • Deliver accurate, compliant, and timely payroll for all employees across the Group.

  • Work with third party providers to manage and administer employee benefits programmes, ensuring value and engagement.

  • Support the design and delivery of fair, competitive compensation structures.

  • Provide expert advice on payroll, tax, and benefits to managers and employees.

  • Ensure compliance with HMRC, pensions regulations, and UK employment law.

  • Partner with Finance and HR colleagues to ensure accurate reporting and cost control.

  • Manage relationships with external payroll and benefits providers.

  • Promote reward and recognition initiatives across the organisation.

  • Contribute to HR projects, such as annual pay review, bonus cycles, and policy development.

  • Provide insights and data to support strategic HR and business decisions.

  • Provide ADHOC admin support to HR as required.
