Salary: £26,000 \- £29,500 per annum (pro rata)

We're looking for a highly organised and detail\-focused Payroll \& HR Administrator to support our HR function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, administration and people processes, and wants to build their career within HR and build on their payroll administration experience.
You'll play a key role in ensuring employee records are maintained accurately, payroll information is prepared and submitted on time, and employees receive excellent administrative support throughout their employment journey.
What You'll Be Doing
- Collecting and inputting payroll information including overtime, absence, new starters, leavers and contractual changes.
- Preparing payroll data for submission to our external payroll provider.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Populating contracts, offer letters and employment\-related correspondence (templates provided).
- Supporting onboarding, induction and leaver processes.
- Coordinating recruitment administration and interview scheduling.
- Maintaining training records and providing general HR administration support.
- Responding to payroll and HR queries in a professional and confidential manner.
Essential:
- Previous experience with payroll data collation and data input.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team\-focused approach.
- Knowledge of HR administration processes.
- Experience using HR systems
