Payroll Administrator

We're looking for a Payroll Administrator to join a supportive and collaborative payroll team. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working with data, and take pride in getting things right the first time, this role will suit you perfectly.

You'll play a key part in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time by processing timesheets, validating information, and supporting the wider team with day-to-day payroll tasks.

What You'll Be Doing

• Timesheet validation - Checking submitted hours for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.


• Payroll data entry - Inputting and updating employee information with precision and confidentiality.


• Team support - Working closely with colleagues to resolve queries and maintain smooth operations.


• Compliance checks - Ensuring all payroll activity aligns with statutory requirements and internal controls.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy


• Experience working with payroll systems or administrative data


• Confidence handling confidential information


• A team-focused mindset with great communication skills
