Full-time, 40 Hours, Mon-Fri, 10:30am to 7:30pm
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a newly evolving position offering genuine progression. You will initially work alongside our client's existing front-of-house/reception team, helping to ensure outstanding reception operations while learning the practice's systems, protocols and patient data firsthand.
Once you are fully up to speed, you will take ownership of the practice's communications, marketing and data function, driving patient engagement and retention. You will also provide occasional executive assistant support to the Director.
There are no immediate plans to recruit an additional practitioner (not anticipated before the end of the year at the earliest), giving you time to properly embed in the role before it develops further. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Initial Phase - Reception & Systems Familiarisation
- Working alongside and supporting the front-of-house/reception team, ensuring outstanding reception operations.
- Learning and becoming fully conversant with the practice's current systems, protocols and patient data.
- Gaining first-hand experience of the patient journey through day-to-day reception duties.
- Managing and optimising the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
- Overseeing patient callbacks and follow-ups, improving conversions at each stage.
- Managing lead funnels and nurturing prospects effectively.
- Updating and managing internal systems and digital advertising/marketing activity.
- Creating patient touchpoints and marketing collateral, including copywriting.
- Generating reports on patient engagement and growth metrics.
- Coordinating with external lead generation, marketing, PR, social media agencies, and telephony/AI systems.
- Providing occasional executive assistant support to the Director, such as arranging meetings and bookings with clients and referral contacts.
- Proven experience with CRM, cloud-based, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong communication skills, copywriting ability, and experience in lead generation/marketing workflows.
- Experience within a reception, front-of-house or patient-facing environment is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with hybrid or remote team dynamics.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and a team player.
- Calm under pressure, with a growth mindset.
- Confident, personable and able to build rapport quickly.
- Willing to take initiative and help drive the business forward.
- Salary from £31,000, commensurate with experience.
- Genuine progression, including the opportunity to move into a dual role as Executive Assistant to the Director.
- Time to properly embed in the role, with no additional practitioner hire planned before the end of the year at the earliest.
- Central London (Harley Street) location.
