We’re a multi\-site private healthcare business helping people move better and live pain free. Our Patient Services team are the backbone of our clinics.

This is not “just reception”.

This is a fast\-paced, people\-focused coordination role in a professional healthcare environment.

The Role

You’ll work across our Frome and Devizes clinics on different days.

You will:

· Be the professional first point of contact for patients

· Manage bookings and clinical diaries

· Handle enquiries by phone and e\-mail

· Coordinate follow\-up and treatment plans

· Maintain high clinic standards

One or two evening shifts per week (until 18:30 or 20:30\) are required. All other shifts fall within normal business hours.
