Patient Growth Coordinator - Dental Sales

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Growth \& Success, you’ll play a key role in supporting business growth by delivering outstanding 5‑star service and converting patient enquiries into bookings.

Working in a central team environment, you’ll:

• Handle incoming enquiries via phone and digital channels


• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients


• Provide expert guidance on treatments and services


• Confidently convert enquiries into appointments


• Use CRM systems to manage leads and track activity

You’ll be supported to succeed, with an uncapped commission structure rewarding your performance.

Working Hours

Full\-time over 4\.5 days per week:

• Monday: 8:00am – 7:00pm


• Tuesday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in sales, lead management, or a target\-driven role


• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service


• Confident communicating and building rapport with people


• Driven, self\-motivated, and team\-oriented


• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
