Patient Experience Host

Are you a confident, polished and people\-focused individual with a background in hospitality with great attention to detail and exceptional service skills?

FAME Dentistry is an independently owned dental practice in the Southside of Glasgow. We provide advanced surgical, implant, cosmetic and sedation dentistry within a calm, high\-end and patient\-centred environment.

We are looking for a front of house professional who understands that patient experience is shaped by every interaction — from the first phone call to the moment a patient leaves the clinic.

We are looking for someone who naturally creates warmth, calm and confidence whilst maintaining high standards and strong organisation behind the scenes.

Applicants should ideally have at least two years’ experience within hospitality or guest services, preferably within a hotel or luxury environment. Familiarity with the principles of customer service excellence and creating memorable client experiences is highly valued within our clinic culture.

Main Duties Include:

• Welcoming and looking after patients throughout their visit.


• Managing patient communication via phone, email and messaging.


• Supporting patients through their journey with empathy and professionalism.


• Maintaining a smooth patient experience.


• Maintaining high standards within the reception and patient areas.


• Supporting the wider team where needed.

Pay and Development:
£15 p/h. We value people who genuinely care about service and standards. There will be opportunities for progression and development as the clinic grows.

Hours:
Full\-time hours available (to be discussed at interview).
