Patient Engagement Manager

We're looking for a proactive, patient\-focused Patient Engagement Manager to optimise patient journeys, improve retention, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.


• Oversee patient callbacks and follow\-ups to maximise conversions.


• Manage lead funnels and nurture prospective patients.


• Create patient communications and marketing content.


• Produce reports on patient engagement, retention, and growth metrics.


• Coordinate with marketing, lead generation, PR, social media, telephony, and AI providers.


• Lead front\-of\-house staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

• Experience with CRM systems, cloud\-based platforms, and marketing automation tools.


• Strong communication and copywriting skills.


• Experience supporting lead generation and marketing workflows.


• Highly organised, customer\-focused, and results\-driven.


• Comfortable working with hybrid or remote teams.


• Calm under pressure with a positive, growth\-oriented mindset.

Experience:

• Patient Engagement: 2 years (preferred)
