• Maintain accurate and organised patient records using office software and electronic health record systems


• Answer incoming calls promptly, address inquiries professionally, and direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel


• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies to keep the clinic running smoothly


• Follow confidentiality protocols diligently to protect patient privacy at all times

Requirements

• Prior experience working in an healthcare setting is essential.
