The role

We are looking for a dedicated Parts Advisor to join our small, dynamic team in our Hyundai Dealership on Penarth Road in Cardiff. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring customers and Technicians have the right parts exactly when they need them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate parts sales to maintain seamless availability for customers and Technicians.


• Engage with customers both in person and over the phone, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently.


• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations.


• Serve parts to in\-house and retail customers.


• Manage stock deliveries and collections, including some lifting and carrying.


• Understand customer needs and provide tailored product/service recommendations.

• Motor parts experience is essential.


• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.


• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast\-paced, high\-volume environment.


• Keen attention to detail with a commitment to high\-quality work.


• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.


• A team player with a supportive and collaborative attitude.


• A friendly, enthusiastic personality with a positive approach to work.

Key Information:

• Working Pattern: Mon \- Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am \- 12:00pm
