Who we are

Hamilton Ross Group is one of the UK’s largest machinery dealerships. We have been trading since 1933, we are in our third generation of family ownership, and around 200 people work with us across nine depots in Scotland and the north of England. We represent major brands like Massey Ferguson, Valtra, Fendt, JCB, Wacker Neuson, Kubota, Honda, Stihl and Husqvarna.

The role

You’ll work at the parts counter and across phone and email enquiries, identifying, sourcing and supplying the parts customers need. That means using manufacturer catalogues, internal systems and your own product knowledge to turn an enquiry into the correct part, quote or order.

You’ll work closely with the service and workshop teams to keep repairs moving, while helping with stock, deliveries and the presentation of the parts department. Accuracy matters: the right part first time saves customers downtime and keeps the whole depot running smoothly.
