Europe's public institutions serve hundreds of millions of people, and most lack the AI infrastructure to do it well. Intric is changing that. Our sovereign AI platform is already used by 60\+ municipalities, governments, and institutions. We have established a leading position in Sweden, and are expanding across Europe. And now we're looking for our first Partnerships Manager to build the distribution channel that gets Intric into Europe's most critical organizations.

Role Overview

We've built a strong direct sales motion in Sweden and are expanding into new European markets. But direct sales alone won't capture the full opportunity. Across Europe, the organizations that need Intric most, municipalities, public agencies, defense\-adjacent industries, critical infrastructure operators, often procure technology through established partners, not cold outreach.

This role is about unlocking that channel. You'll identify and sign distribution partners: IT resellers, system integrators, and consulting firms that already have trusted relationships with governments and other critical industry clients. Your goal is to turn them into effective sellers and advocates for Intric — a new, significant revenue channel that complements our direct GTM.

It's a blank\-page role. No existing partner list, no playbook to follow. You'll work directly with our Head of GTM and founders to define the strategy, sign the first deals, and build the enablement programs that make partners successful.

What You’ll Do

You will play a key role in building Intric's European distribution network and opening a new sales channel. This includes:

  • Map and prioritize distribution partners across Europe (resellers, SIs, and consulting firms) who serve public sector and critical industry clients

  • Lead outreach, negotiation, and signing of channel and distribution agreements

  • Build partner onboarding and enablement — ensuring partners can position and sell Intric effectively

  • Collaborate closely with the direct sales team to align on strategy, share pipeline, and avoid channel conflict

  • Develop and maintain senior relationships with key partners across multiple European markets

  • Identify partnership opportunities in both public and private sector including strategic alliances with organizations that open access to new customer segments
Who You Are
  • You've spent a few years in partnerships, a channel\-facing commercial role, or a relevant area within management consulting, and you've learned how to navigate complex, multi\-stakeholder organizations

  • You're energized by building from zero, you don't wait for a warm list or a proven playbook

  • You understand what makes a distribution partnership work: what motivates a reseller, how to structure a deal, and how to keep a partner engaged

  • You're comfortable selling a new concept to a skeptical partner who's never heard of Intric

  • You are drawn to Intric’s mission to bring secure, sovereign and easy\-to\-use AI to Europe’s most critical institutions

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
