Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to support the continued growth of the company by developing supplier networks and managing commercial partnerships.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and sourcing new food suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to expand product offerings and strengthen the supply chain.

  • Developing and executing partnership strategies to support market growth and operational efficiency.

  • Negotiating and finalising trading agreements and contracts with suppliers and key business clients such as restaurant chains and supermarkets.

  • Building and maintaining long\-term relationships with suppliers and commercial partners.

  • Acting as the main point of contact for partners and resolving operational or commercial issues.

  • Working with internal procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure partnership activities align with company objectives.

  • Monitoring partnership performance and producing reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Candidate Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and commercial negotiation.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

  • Ability to develop and manage commercial partnerships and supplier relationships.
