Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnerships Manager to drive the growth and development of our organisation through the cultivation of valuable partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and aligning partnership strategies with organisational goals. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive partnership strategies to support organisational objectives.
- Identify potential partners through market research, networking events, and industry contacts.
- Manage the end\-to\-end partnership lifecycle, including negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure partnership success.
- Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track interactions, manage contacts, and analyse partnership performance metrics.
- Prepare detailed reports on partnership activities and outcomes for senior management.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent the organisation and foster new relationships.
- Ensure all partnership activities adhere to organisational policies and legal requirements.
- Proven experience in partnership management or business development roles.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and CRM software is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to building relationships.
- Ability to analyse data and generate insights to inform decision\-making.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
