Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive partnership strategies to support organisational objectives.

• Manage the end\-to\-end partnership lifecycle, including negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.


• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure partnership success.


• Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track interactions, manage contacts, and analyse partnership performance metrics.


• Prepare detailed reports on partnership activities and outcomes for senior management.


• Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent the organisation and foster new relationships.


• Ensure all partnership activities adhere to organisational policies and legal requirements.

• Proven experience in partnership management or business development roles.


• Proficiency with Salesforce and CRM software is essential.


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to building relationships.


• Ability to analyse data and generate insights to inform decision\-making.


• Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
