Partner Manager
Bluekong Networks is a UK\-based global IT services provider delivering network infrastructure, field engineering, and technical support services worldwide. Through our Bluekong Go platform, we connect customers with skilled engineering resources across multiple regions, enabling rapid and scalable service delivery.
As we continue to grow our global partner network, we are seeking a Partner Manager to strengthen supplier relationships, expand our delivery capability, and ensure our partners remain engaged, compliant, and commercially aligned.
Role Overview
The Partner Manager will be responsible for developing and managing Bluekong's global partner ecosystem. This includes identifying and onboarding new delivery partners, managing existing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial terms, resolving disputes, and ensuring partners are actively supporting customer requirements.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding Bluekong's geographical coverage and technical capabilities while ensuring strong commercial governance across the partner network.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Development \& Recruitment
- Identify gaps in geographical coverage and technical capability across the Bluekong partner network.
- Source, qualify, and onboard new partners and engineers to strengthen service delivery capabilities.
- Support the growth of the Bluekong Go platform through active partner/engineer recruitment and engagement.
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with strategic delivery partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner organisations.
- Manage day\-to\-day communications with suppliers and delivery partners.
- Resolve commercial disputes and operational issues between Bluekong and partners.
- Ensure service expectations and contractual obligations are clearly understood and adhered to.
- Negotiate commercial rates, margins, and service agreements with suppliers.
- Manage supplier rebate programmes, including performance tracking, reporting, and target achievement.
- Monitor supplier profitability and commercial performance.
- Support contract renewals and commercial reviews.
- Manage availability checks and resource validation requests.
- Coordinate partner engagement for customer opportunities.
- Ensure supplier information remains accurate and up to date within Bluekong Go.
- Support operational teams in securing engineering resources for customer assignments.
- Chase outstanding supplier purchase orders and payment\-related matters.
- Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure timely processing of invoices and supplier payments.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier commercial arrangements and financial commitments.
Essential
- Experience in supplier, vendor, partner, or account management.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate pricing and service agreements.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
- Experience within IT services, telecommunications, field engineering, or managed services.
- Experience working with international suppliers and delivery partners.
- Understanding of service delivery and workforce management platforms.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or supplier management systems.

Pay: £35,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
