<p class="text-neutral-900 dark:text-neutral-200 my-2.5 last:mb-0 first:mt-0 ">Roku is looking for a Partner Growth Manager to drive the growth and holistic success of a portfolio of streaming partners, with a core focus on Premium Subscription (PS) partners and additional ownership of select direct-to-consumer (D2C) partners distributing on the Roku platform. In this role, you will manage the entire partner lifecycle — from distribution deals and service launches to new market and product expansions, pricing changes, adoption of platform initiatives, and promotional campaigns that drive mutual value for both the partner and Roku. Success requires exceptional relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, influence senior stakeholders, and align both internal teams and external partners around shared goals. You will leverage data and analytics to assess partner health, uncover optimization opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and energized by building in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This person thrives in ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and brings clarity and momentum to complex initiatives across different distribution and monetization models. </p>
<p>For New York Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $145,300 - $169,500.</p>
<p>Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.</p>

<li class="py-1 [&>p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Own and execute business and revenue growth strategies for a portfolio of Premium Subscription and select D2C partners, identifying opportunities through data, market insights, and proactive partner engagement to drive measurable impact</li>
<li class="py-1 [&>p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Lead cross-functional collaboration with Subscriptions Growth, Product, Marketing, Merchandising, Content Distribution, Partner Management, Legal, and Analytics teams to bring initiatives to life</li>
<li class="py-1 [&>p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Serve as the primary partner lead, building strong relationships through regular interactions and periodic business reviews, and driving partner participation in strategic platform initiatives such as new feature integrations and promotional campaigns</li>
<li class="py-1 [&>p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Build and maintain deep knowledge of key Premium Subscription growth levers and develop a working understanding of how those levers differ for D2C partners</li>
<li class="py-1 [&>p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Leverage analytics and insights to assess partner health, uncover optimization opportunities, and influence data-driven decisions across internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li class="py-1 [&>p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Improve and scale partner operations by identifying opportunities for additional efficiency, implementing streamlined processes, and enhancing partner tools and systems</li>

<li class="py-1 [&>p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution</li>
