In this high-impact role, you will identify, recruit, enable and manage a regional partner ecosystem, driving both recurring and new business revenue through structured collaboration and co-selling.</span></p>

<p data-start="757" data-end="796">As a Partner Account Manager, you will:</p>

<li data-start="1114" data-end="1195">Deliver structured quarterly business reviews and annual partner business plans</li>

<p data-start="1197" data-end="1451">You will play a pivotal role in expanding Minitab’s presence through system integrators, technology providers, consultants, OEMs, distributors and value-added resellers. Your success will directly influence regional growth and long-term market expansion.</p>

<li data-start="1671" data-end="1761">Build quantifiable business cases that drive partner investment and long-term commitment<br><br></li>
<li data-start="1763" data-end="1836">Establish annual partner business plans with clear quarterly scorecards<br><br></li>
<li data-start="1838" data-end="1963">Expand Minitab’s footprint within top partner accounts and secure customer references, case studies and event participation</li>

<h3 data-start="3301" data-end="3315">Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li data-start="3316" data-end="3416">5+ years of indirect channel or partner business development experience within enterprise software<br><br></li>
<li data-start="3418" data-end="3494">Proven track record of achieving 100%+ revenue and sourced pipeline quotas<br><br></li>
<li data-start="3496" data-end="3590">Experience collaborating with direct sales and services teams to close complex opportunities<br><br></li>
<li data-start="3592" data-end="3637">Multi-channel experience strongly preferred<br><br></li>
<li data-start="3639" data-end="3708">Business Intelligence or Statistical Analytics experience is a plus</li>
