The Partner Account Manager role is the linchpin of our growth. You’ll look after a portfolio of partners, using real\-time data to see who is thriving, who is stalling, and where the revenue leaks are. Because we believe that *Clear Is Kind*, you’ll need to have honest, constructive conversations with partners about their performance, giving them the exact clarity they need to unlock their potential.
Key Duties \& Responsibilities
Let’s be clear from the start: This isn't a direct sales role, and it isn't passive account management. You will spend your time motivating external sales channels, identifying why trials aren't converting, and jumping on video calls to give partners the commercial confidence they need to pitch the Breathe platform. Our partners do the closing; your job is to be the commercial engine behind them. You are the coach, the strategist, and the catalyst.
- Driving Partner Activity: Building a structured, proactive contact programme. You’re not just "checking in", you’re reaching out with a plan to help them scale.
- Analysing the Numbers: Using partner performance data and trial conversion rates to decide exactly where to spend your time for the highest return.
- Hitting Commercial Targets: Taking ownership of your territory to hit monthly KPIs across new trial volumes and partner activation rates.
- Running High\-Impact Training: Delivering sharp, engaging platform demonstrations that teach partners how to successfully position and sell Breathe to their clients.
- Protecting Revenue: Spotting the early warning signs of partner drop\-offs, and stepping in early to minimise churn.
- Ensuring Compliance: Maintaining awareness of and being compliant with information security protocols in relation to your job role and handling of any data
- You *Start with People*: You are a natural relationship\-builder who takes the time to listen and understand what makes your partners tick, acting with genuine care to support their growth.
- You *Own It, Together*: When a partner account drops off or a process gets messy, you don’t look for blame. You take accountability, collaborate with the team, and focus on the fix.
- You believe that *Clear Is Kind:* You communicate honestly and with care. You don't fold at difficult conversations and you know how to challenge partners constructively, deliver feedback clearly, and get them excited about the platform.
- You have a commercial engine: You are genuinely motivated by targets, numbers, and driving activity.
- You are data\-led, not data\-scared: You don’t need to be a data scientist, but you do need to look at conversion metrics and spot the commercial story behind them.
- You actually care about the product: You can’t inspire partners if you don’t believe in what you’re selling. You'll need to know Breathe inside out.
£34,000\-£36,000 \+ commission
Flexible working – 50% office based \& core hours are 10am to 3\.30pm

Screening Call: Virtual via Google Meet with one of our team to have a friendly chat, learn more about your experience, what excites you about the role, and how you align with our people\-first culture.
Competency Interview: Online You’ll meet the hiring manager and we’ll dive into your skills, ambitions, and how you’d impact. This is also your chance to ask us anything about the role and company!
Final stage Interview: (In person with short presentation) You’ll meet the hiring manager and our Partnerships Lead, and give us a 10\-15 min presentation (we’re working on the brief!). A chance to come and see our offices and get a feel for our culture.
