Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Part Time Sales Consultant to join our Bristol showroom. This is not a role for someone who waits for customers to walk through the door — we need someone who takes ownership of their pipeline and actively goes out to create opportunities.

This role is heavily focused on proactive selling and lead generation. You will be expected to build and maintain your own sales pipeline through initiative, creativity, and consistent effort. Some weekend work would be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a first\-class customer experience, guiding clients through the full buying journey.

  • Proactively generate your own leads through networking, outreach, local partnerships, and creative marketing ideas.

  • Build and manage a strong personal sales pipeline — not relying solely on showroom footfall.

  • Identify new business opportunities and think outside the box to drive additional revenue.

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Maintain strong product knowledge across hot tubs, saunas, and related products.
Skills \& Experience
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within a consultative or high\-value environment.

  • A highly proactive mindset — someone who naturally looks for ways to generate business rather than waiting for it.

  • Strong communication, rapport\-building, and closing skills.

  • Confidence in creating opportunities through networking, social media, and local engagement.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.

  • Experience in the hot tub or sauna industry would be a strong advantage, but not essential.
Salary \& Package
  • £14,400 basic salary \- based on 3 whole days a week.

  • Realistic commission structure

  • Uncapped earning potential for high performers

  • Temporary Contract for4\-6 months
