She Shoots Collective is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to help grow our online community and bring our events to life across social media.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves content creation, community building, and the countryside lifestyle. While much of the role can be carried out remotely, we'd love to find someone who can attend our events when possible to capture authentic content and showcase the She Shoots Collective experience.
About She Shoots Collective
She Shoots Collective is a growing women's rural community that introduces and connects women through clay shooting, country pursuits, social events, and unique countryside experiences. Our mission is to create welcoming, inclusive spaces where women can build confidence, make friends, and enjoy the rural lifestyle together.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing our social media channels
- Creating and scheduling engaging content
- Posting regularly across Instagram and other platforms
- Responding to comments and messages
- Engaging with new followers and relevant accounts
- Helping grow and nurture our online community
- Attending selected events to capture photos, videos, and behind\-the\-scenes content
- Creating reels, stories, and promotional content from event footage
- Bringing fresh ideas to help grow the brand
- Have experience managing social media accounts
- Enjoy content creation and storytelling
- Understand Instagram, Reels, Stories, and community engagement
- Have a genuine interest in countryside life, shooting, farming, equestrian, or rural communities
- Are passionate about empowering and connecting women
- Can work independently and take initiative
- Share the vision of building a thriving women's rural community
- £15 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
