Part-time Sales Assistant (Weekday/Weekend)

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Assistant are to:

• engage with customers by following the Run4It customer service process to provide a positive shopping experience


• deliver exceptional service through the \+runlab service, offering expert advice and support to customers


• actively contribute to maintaining high shop standards, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness, ensuring an inviting and well\-organized environment


• accurately manage stock transfers and deliveries into the store, ensuring proper handling and organization

Reporting to:
The Shop Manager and Assistant Manager.
Key Performance Indicators:

• Sales performance that aligns with both the shop's and the company’s product range and strategic objectives


• Customer Account Creation \& Newsletter sign\-up rates


• Service reviews on Feefo \& Google My Business

Full training will be provided to ensure the highest possible level of customer service is attained that fits in with our company service standards.

Job Types: Part\-time, Permanent

Pay: £13\.00 per hour
