Part Time Receptionist – 27 hours week – Hey Baby 4D Northampton
Hey Baby 4D Northampton is a private 4D ultrasound clinic based in Cliftonville, Northampton. We are currently seeking an experienced receptionist to join our busy team. This is a maternity cover contract. Looking to join the team in July 2026 and complete the contract in August 2027\.
We are looking for somebody with experience in either reception or administrative positions.
Responsibilities and Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Booking appointments for customers both over the phone and in person
- Welcoming customers to the clinic and assisting them with any queries
- Taking payments
- Acting as a Chaperone where required
- Assisting with the cleaning of the clinic and equipment
- Taking customer feedback and relaying this to the management
- Completing job\-specific training
- Handling referrals with compassion
- Lone working on Sunday’s
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in either reception or administration work would be preferable. You should be able to deliver exceptional customer service. Previous role in a clinical setting preferred but not essential.
The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent IT; verbal and written communication skills.
Due to the nature of this role, a satisfactory DBS (adult workforce) will need to be performed prior to the commencement of employment. You will also need to maintain a satisfactory DBS throughout the duration of your employment.
