OTC Pharmacy Assistant – 4 Day Week

32 hours per week \| 4 days per week \| 1 Saturday in 3 \| No Sundays or Bank Holidays

Kinsella’s Pharmacy is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable OTC Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Celbridge, Co. Kildare.

We are a busy community pharmacy with a strong focus on providing friendly, professional and efficient service to our customers.

Working Hours

This position offers an excellent work–life balance:

• 32 hours per week over 4 days


• Only 1 Saturday in 3


• 4pm finish on Saturdays


• Every Sunday off


• Every Bank Holiday off

Duties will include:

• Advising customers on the safe and appropriate use of medicines and pharmacy products


• Offering a professional, friendly and efficient customer service


• Stock rotation and general stock management


• Merchandising and maintaining attractive displays


• Keeping the pharmacy clean, tidy and well presented at all times


• Working with the rest of the pharmacy team to ensure the smooth day\-to\-day running of the pharmacy

Previous pharmacy or OTC experience would be an advantage, although we would also consider someone with excellent retail or customer\-service experience.

Training can be provided for the right candidate.

Saturday rota: 1 Saturday in 3, finishing at 4pm
Sundays: Closed
Bank Holidays: Closed

Pay: €14\.50\-€16\.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32\.0 per week
